AMSTERDAM – To Joshua Radin the European release of his second album Simple Times feels like re-reading his diary. The record of the 36 year old singer-songwriter was released two years earlier in his home country: the United States.

AMSTERDAM – By having “zero technology days”, English singer-songwriter Tom McRae regained his freedom. In his opinion, the world's a much nicer place without telephones, internet, or television. “Don't watch tv and you actually start to think the world's a good place”, says McRae.

AMSTERDAM – Voor een band die drie uitroeptekens als naam heeft aangenomen houdt !!! – alias Chk Chk Chk – het al aardig lang vol. Het vierde album van de dancepunkgroep, Strange Weather, Isn't It?, kwam in augustus uit. “Deze band is mijn familie”, aldus frontman Nic Offer.
